  • Senior fit is all about dancing, body weight workouts, core strengthening, and stretching. This class is set at a challenging, but not overwhelming pace.

  • Our Silver Sneakers Classic goes through a warmup, exercise, and cool down stretch. The workout includes seated exercises with light dumbbells, small workout balls, and exercise tubes.

  • Express toning is a thirty-minute class revolving around exercises to help quickly get a good workout in! There will be different training styles to engage your body efficiently!

  • A high energy workout that blends cardio, weights, and core exercises!

  • All Body Conditioning works your legs, arms, core, and mind. This could include dumbbells, mats, exercise balls, weighted bars, and more. Every class is different with energy pumping music to keep it fresh!
